• Must have DSW Diploma
• Documentation of full Covid-19 vaccination
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Safe Management Certification or be willing to obtain
• Can meet the physical demands of the position
• Valid G-class driver's license and have a reliable vehicle
• Must have an updated police check with vulnerable sector search
• Experience in approved behavioural intervention techniques an asset

To provide meaningful and accountable support and services that will have a positive impact on the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Support residents with activities of daily living, behavior management, life skills
• Engage and support residents in community activities, appointments
• Administer medications
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
